✅ Small Parcel Storage (parcel ≤ 0.1 CBM)
Guangzhou Warehouse
- Free Storage: 30 days from parcel arrival
- After 30 Days: S$2/day per 0.5 CBM
- Minimum charge: 0.5 CBM
Singapore Warehouse (For those who opt for self-collection)
- Free Storage: 14 days
- After 14 Days: S$2/day per 0.5 CBM
- Minimum charge: 0.5 CBM
✅ Bulky Parcel Storage (parcel > 0.1 CBM)
Guangzhou Warehouse
- Free Storage: 21 days
- After 21 Days: S$3/day per 0.5 CBM
- Minimum charge: 0.5 CBM
Singapore Warehouse
- Free Storage: 7 days
- After 7 Days: S$3/day per 0.5 CBM
- Minimum charge: 0.5 CBM
⚠️ Abandoned / Unclaimed Parcels
- Items left 2+ weeks beyond the free period in any warehouse will be marked as abandoned
- Cargo2SG will notify customers to claim items
- Storage fees may be waived if claimed (We are very forgiving in case customers are forgetful)
- Unclaimed for 2+ months: item will be disposed
🏢 Corporate Clients – Special Benefits with Sizeable Shipping Discount
- Single Shipping Orders ≥ 10 CBM is considered as corporate shipping:
→ Discounted shipping
→ Priority processing
→ 30 Days free storage for all kinds of parcels - However, during peak seasons (618, Double 11, Double 12, Pre-CNY):
→ Free storage will be reduced and limited to 7 days (due to warehouse space) - Very large shipments (e.g., > 25 CBM):
→ Free storage also limited to 7 days
