Sea Shipping Service
Sea Shipping with Cargo2SG:
At Cargo2SG, sea shipping fees are calculated based on volumetric weight (CBM) — not actual weight. CBM is determined by the formula:
Length × Width × Height (in meters) of the parcel packaging, not the item inside.
Low Minimum Requirement:
You can place a sea shipping order once your total parcels reach 0.1 CBM.
Unlike other freight forwarders, we do not require a minimum of 1 CBM.
Delivery Timeline:
Parcels are shipped from our Guangzhou warehouse and typically arrive in Singapore within 12–14 days.
GST & Payment:
All sea shipping parcels are subject to 9% GST (in SGD), based on the declared value provided by the customer through the User Center. Total Cost = Shipping Fee + 9% GST (on declared value)
We collect GST and pay it directly to Singapore Customs during clearance. Customers are responsible for declaring the correct parcel value.
Example Calculation:
Mr. Tan's Parcel Declared value: S$100; Shipping fee: S$13; GST (9% of S$100): S$9; Total payable: S$13 + S$9 = S$22

Air Shipping Service
Air Shipping to Singapore – Important Info!
* Delivery Time: Air parcels typically take 4–7 days to arrive in Singapore. * Shipping Rates: Rates change frequently. Please WhatsApp us to get the latest rates for air shipping. * Parcel Types: Normal and Sensitive parcels have different rates. Please submit separate shipping orders. * Parcel Weight Calculation: We charge based on actual weight or dimensional weight. Dimensional Weight formula: Length x Width x Height (cm) ÷ 6000. If dimensional weight is ≤ 5kg more than actual weight, no extra charge. If it's > 5kg more, we charge based on the average of the two. * Odd-sized Parcels: A $60 surcharge applies to parcels > 35kg or > 1.5m in length. These must be shipped via the sensitive goods channel. * No First-KG Surcharge: The first kilogram is charged the same as additional weight. * Local Delivery: $4 flat fee, waived if your parcel weighs over 15kg.
