User Guide: Alipay “Pay for You” Service via Taobao (Desktop Version)

🔹 About This Service

Cargo2SG offers a free “Pay for You” service through Alipay for all registered users.

  • ✅ No service fee (Typical agents charge 2%)

  • 💱 Exchange rate based on Alipay’s real-time rate

  • ⏱️ Same-day processing for requests made before 4 PM

  • 📲 Our Cargo2SG Alipay ID will be sent to you via WhatsApp upon request

🔸 Option 1: From Shopping Cart

Step 1: Go to Your Cart and Proceed to Payment

  1. Log in to Taobao.com on a desktop or laptop.

  2. Go to your Shopping Cart (购物车).

  3. Select the items you want to buy.

  4. Click “Check Out” (结算).

Step 2: Confirm the Delivery Address

  • Make sure the shipping address matches Cargo2SG’s warehouse address.

  • You can find this in your Cargo2SG User Center.

📌 Example: 广东省广州市白云区人和镇岗尾村太岗公路493号一楼之 Your User-ID
⚠️ Use the latest warehouse address from your Cargo2SG account.

Step 3: Choose “Let a Friend Pay”

  • Scroll down and check the box: “Let a Friend Pay for Me (朋友代付)”.

  • Click “Submit Order (提交订单)”.

Step 4: Enter Alipay Info

  1. On the next screen, enter the Alipay account provided by Cargo2SG.

  2. In the message/note field, include your Cargo2SG User ID.

🔸 Option 2: From “Purchased Items” (If Order Already Placed but Unpaid)

Step 1: Access Your Orders

  1. Log in to Taobao.

  2. Go to My Taobao (我的淘宝) → Purchased Items (已买到的宝贝).

  3. Tick the unpaid orders.

Step 2: Combine Orders and Request Friend Payment

  • Click “Combine Orders and Let a Friend Pay (合并代付)”.

  • Continue as in Option 1: Enter Alipay ID and your Cargo2SG User ID.

✅ Final Step: Notify Cargo2SG

After arranging the “Let a Friend Pay” option:

  1. Send a screenshot of the payment screen
    OR

  2. Send a message with:

    • Your Cargo2SG User ID

    • The amount to be paid

📲 Message us on WhatsApp
(Our Alipay ID will be provided to registered users via WhatsApp.)

💱 Payment & Exchange Rate Details

  • The amount will be deducted in SGD from your Cargo2SG account.

  • Exchange rate follows Alipay’s official rate at the time of payment.

  • If your balance is insufficient, we’ll notify you to top up before processing.

⏱️ Processing Time

  • ✅ Same-day payment if request is received before 4 PM (SGT)

  • 🕓 Requests after 4 PM will be processed next working day

  • ❌ If your order is cancelled or address is incorrect, payment will not be made
