How to Ship Your Parcels From China to Singapore (Sea Shipping and Air Shipping)
If you have already registered your user account at Taobao, 1688, or any other e-commerce websites in China, then you can follow this user guide to easily forward your purchase from China to Singapore via our services.

1. Sign up for your own Cargo2SG user account
First, you need to be a registered user of Cargo2SG.com. Please WhatsApp us to request to sign up, or click here to get the sign-up link.
After registering, log in to your account to find your user ID and the unique Chinese delivery address assigned to it.at the User Center.
Our Guangzhou warehouse address will be your delivery address in China for all your parcels. You will also find the warehouse’s telephone number in the User Center. When shopping on Taobao or other Chinese e-commerce sites, you must instruct sellers to ship your items to the warehouse address assigned to you.
2. Go shopping on Taobao and let sellers deliver your parcels to our Guangzhou warehouse
If you don’t yet have a Taobao account, you will need to create one.
Use the Cargo2SG warehouse address assigned to you as your China delivery address. The easiest way to do this is by setting the address listed in your Cargo2SG User Center as your default delivery address in Taobao.

Most Singapore customers don’t have a Chinese bank account to pay sellers via Alipay. Some customers use a Singapore-issued credit card, but this method comes with a 3% – 4% Alipay surcharge and additional surcharge by your bank.
Cargo2SG offers a free Alipay “Pay For You” service. After placing your orders on Taobao, you can ask a “Taobao friend” to pay for you using the “找朋友代付” (“Let A Friend Pay for Me” ) function on Taobao/Alipay. Cargo2SG can be your “Taobao friend” for this purpose.
Our “Pay For You” service is free and exclusive to registered Cargo2SG customers. Unlike other forwarders who charge for this service, we offer it at no cost.
2b. Other Useful Guides
In addition to Taobao, you can also shop from other Chinese e-commerce platforms like 1688, JD, Ping Duo Duo, Su Ning, Amazon CN, Dang Dang, and more. As long as the seller ships your order to our warehouse with your User ID included in the address, Cargo2SG can forward it to Singapore.
Our warehouse staff will receive parcels on your behalf. PaThe status of your parcel (e.g., received, packed, ready to ship, in transition to Singapore) will be updated in your User Center, and you can check it at any time on our website.
3. Submit Shipping Order (Declare Content and Value of Parcels)
You can check your parcel status, such as received, packed, ready to ship, or pending payment, in your Cargo2SG User Center. Once all parcels have arrived at the warehouse, you may request consolidation and shipment to Singapore.
Before submitting a shipping order, you’ll need to declare the contents and value (in SGD) of each parcel. Our system will then calculate:
- Shipping fee
- GST (applicable to all sea parcels)
- Local delivery fee (if applicable)
4. Pay Shipping Fee via Top-Up (Account Balance)
Once you submit your shipping order, your User Center will display the total charges and your current account balance.
If your balance is sufficient, the system will deduct the shipping fee automatically. If not, you’ll need to top up your account.
After transferring funds, upload proof of payment (e.g., screenshot of successful transaction) to the User Center. We will verify your payment and top up your account on the same day if you pay before 6 PM. We will process payments made after 6 PM on the next working day.
Please ensure that the uploaded proof clearly shows the transaction as “successful,” “submitted,” or “completed.” Screenshots that display “preview” or “pending” statuses will not be accepted.
5. Receive Your Parcels in Singapore: Doorstep Delivery or Self-Collection
For:
- Sea shipping orders > 0.5 CBM, or
- Air shipping orders > 15kg,
We offer free doorstep delivery to your delivery address in Singapore.
You can also self-collect your parcels from one of our Singapore partner’s warehouses or collection points located in:
- Clementi
- Woodlands
- Kaki Bukit
